Refund and Return Policy

The valid return period is 30 days from purchase.

We only accept returns for products in the same condition as received. They must be unused and in the original packaging.

To complete a return, you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically and credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on the payment method used.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through the form on the Contact Us page.

To return your product, you must ship it to the address provided after contacting customer support.

Shipping costs for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are returning high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of the returned item.
